For me personally, infusions have become something I look forward to. It is a time where I can relax, catch up on work, or watch streaming videos.
As I’m sitting in a chair for many hours, I’ve learned to dress comfortably! I love wearing sweatpants and one of my hoodies. I have also started to bring my own pillows and blankets in case I want to catch up on sleep.
Since the process lasts a few hours, it’s important to have food and drinks. I’ll bring a fruit smoothie as I usually start the process in the morning. I will also pack various fruits and snacks because I’ll get hungry at some point in the day.
My best advice for anyone going for an infusion is to make it your time! Life is busy and full of stress—look at this as positive time for yourself where there are no interruptions, and feel good knowing you’re taking care of your health.
