How To Make
1. | Crack egg and separate egg white into one of the shakers. |
2. | Add the whiskey, amaretto, and lemon juice to the shaker with the egg white in it. |
3. | Seal the shaker, make sure you have a nice seam. The egg yolk when mixed has a lot of pressure, you want to enjoy your drink not wear it. You want to shake hard for about 5- 10 seconds so you can feel pressure build up. Do this 2 times, opening shaker to release pressure in-between. On the third round of shaking add 2-3 small ice cubes which will allow you to cool your drink without losing foam. |
4. | Add an ice cube to your cocktail glass and strain and pour the mixed ingredients into the shaker. Garnish with an almond and enjoy! |
